Is it safe ordering with

That being said, there is still a little risk on both ends even though we are working with federal approval, reason for our Ultra Logistic discreet delivery system.

How will my order be packaged?

Your order will be discreetly packaged and double vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Ultra Logistics MMJ offering top priority door-to-door delivery service delivered in unlabeled boxes disguised with no indication of what is inside.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

We offer guaranteed worldwide delivery as own a Priority Certification to operate with Ultra Logistics, USPS and UPS. We would reship your order + bonus worth $280 is your parcel gets grounded

When will my order ship?

If we receive your order and authenticate your payment by 07:00 PM,  (GMT-7), your order will ship that business day. If we receive your order and payment after 07:00 PM,  (GMT-7) , your order will ship the next business day.

Can I add/edit/cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, if you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please email with the order number you would like canceled.

All order edits/cancels are made on a best-efforts basis.

How secure are your payment methods?

They’re indeed very safe, as we operate a middle man inclined system. Customers are expected to pay via wire transfer/bitcoin anonymously () to our verified designated cashiers. No financial information (such as bank account number, password etc.) are shared with GanjaProps.

I’ve sent my E-Payment, What happens next?

Once you’ve sent payment, you’re expected to email proof like a receipt for confirmation, it could take up to 1 hours for us to authenticate an email notifying us of your payment so patience would be appreciated. Your E-transfer will be kept available until we process and ship your order.
If we receive your E-payment by 1:00 pm Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day or else it’ll ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be sent by email.

When does my order ship out

1. Orders & payment received BEFORE 1:00 pm, will be sent same day and delivery tracking codes will be sent next day after 8:00 am.

2. Orders & payment received AFTER 1:00 pm, will be sent the following business day, and delivery tracking codes will be sent next day after 4:00 pm.

*Please note, ePayments can take a few hours to process and we will not ship out any orders before payment is received.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, at this time, all orders must be placed online and shipped to you.

How much do you charge for shipping

We charge a flat rate fee of $30 standard and $50 express delivery for all orders below $500. All orders are shipped via express shipping and comes with a tracking number. Shipping is FREE for any orders over $500.

How is it packaged and when do I expect my order?

Shipment arrival depends on where you are located (Urban or Suburb). Typically, express packages are estimated to arrive at your door  in 48 hours max and standard within 3 to 5 business days via Ultra Logistics/UPS/USPS. You can be assured that your order is of the up most priority when it comes to delivery. We package your orders in smell-proof vacuum sealed bags and deliver in a discreet package.

Order Status says: Insurance “Needed” and I have not received my order.
